Suzanne Parrett, Center Coordinator
Family Resource Centers were created as part of the Kentucky Education Reform Act in 1990. The primary goal of the G.C. Burkhead FRC is to remove non-cognitive barriers to learning as a means to enhance student success in school. The FRC is committed to helping students succeed by providing support to them and their families. Additionally, the FRC works to promote a positive relationship between family, community and school. The GCB FRC is located across the hall from the school's main office.
